Anthony E. Blackburn, 26 of Washington C.H., passed away November 19, 2017 at White Oak Manor, Warren Ohio. He was born in Columbus on July 4, 1991, to Charles R. and Peggy Jean Howland Blackburn of Washington C.H.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers Charles (Chanda) Blackburn, James Blackburn, Phillip (Heidi)Blackburn Alex Blackburn and Homer (Crystal) Whaley, several nieces and nephews Maddison, Laiken, Colton, Brooke, Christian, Joycelyn, Madison Marie, Aurora, Homer A. Pheonix, Madison Faith, Marleigh.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday November 29, 2017 at 1:00PM at the Morrow Funeral
Home, Jeffersonville. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Jeffersonville. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11 until time of services.
