Betty Cornell 89 of Washington C.H. Ohio passed away February 20, 2018 at Four Seasons of Washington Court House. She was born August 22, 1928 to the late Sanford and Cora Penwell Johnson. Betty worked 18 years at Jackson Glove Factory, 18 years at Kenskill and 18 years at Calmar. She was an Avid bowler and liked to Square dance.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Alfred Cornell, son Donald Cornell, daughters Rosemary Rayburn and Connie Sever, Brothers Charles, Paul, Donald, and Glen Johnson and one great grandson.
She is survived by her sons Michael Cornell of Washington C.H., Alfred (Joanne) Cornell Jr. of Washington C.H., daughter Patty (Ed) Schraner of Wilmington, Brothers Robert Johnson of Washington C.H. and Fred Johnson of Washington C.H., sisters Margaret Wolfe of Columbia City Indiana, Alice Greenlee of Washington C.H., numerous Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, Great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday February 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Morrow Funeral Home in Washington C.H. with Pastor Danny Dodds officiating. Burial will be in the Milledgeville-Plymouth Cemetery.   Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday February 26 from 4:00p.m. until 6:00p.m.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or The American Cancer association.
