Constance “Connie” D. Scott
November 30, 1931 – February 20, 2018
Connie Scott 86 of Germantown Ohio passed away February 20, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born November 30, 1931 to the late Berle Slack and Helen Babbitt.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Donald Scott and grandson Brian Phelps.
She is survived by her sons Mark (Geri Dare) Scott of Maineville, Brian Scott of Carnation, Washington, George (Ann) Scott of Berthoud CO, Jeffrey Phelps (Dru Harms) of Hot Sulphur Springs, CO, daughters Kathy (Bo) Payton of Jeffersonville, Tracy (Jim) Sears of Jeffersonville, brother Doug Slack, grandchildren Turk Payton, Michael S.(Stefani)Payton, Mark(Hana) Payton, Melissa(Jeffrey) Reed, Zack (Andrea) Sears, Brendon (Andy) Furniss, Kristin (Mike) Hulinsky, Misty (Tim) Oldfield, Chelsea Scott, Chris (Alliy) Scott. Great-grandchildren Garrett Payton, McKenna Payton, Rhylee Payton, Logan Payton, Taylor Payton, Molly Payton, Paighten Reed, Wyatt Reed, Harli Reed, Brooklynne Payton, Austin Payton, Bryce Blaczczyk, Brilea Hulinsky, Jameson Furniss, Jackson Sears, Ethan Oldfield, Rylee Oldfield, Ben Oldfield, Hope Oldfield and Marley Strahle. Great-great grandchild Griffin Ratliff, and special friend and companion Don Berger.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 24, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Morrow Funeral Home in Jeffersonville with pastor Dale Knisley officiating. Burial will be in the Grape Grove Cemetery.   Friends may call on Saturday from 9:00a.m. until time of services.
Memorial Contributions can be made out to Hospice of Dayton Foundation.
