Daisy Vanover 90 of Washington C.H. Ohio passed away February 26, 2018 at her residence. She was born November 6, 1928 in Jacksonville TX to the late Barney and Julia Meeks Carpenter. Daisy retired from the State of Ohio were she had worked at Orient Mental Institute.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Campell Vanover, sons Floyd and William Vanover, brothers Aurbry, Charles, Leroy and Eugene Carpenter, sisters Imogene Driver, Josie Carpenter and Billie Gidreck.
She is survived by her sons John Vanover of Washington C.H. and Paul (Candy) Vanover of Tyler TX; daughter Mary Jean (Harold) Binkley of Springfield; daughter in law Sharon Harris of Washington C.H.; sister Laura Walton of Overton TX; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday March 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sugar Creek Baptist Cemetery with Pastor Orville Strietenberger officiating.
