Harry Showalter Sr., 74 of Washington Court House passed away on November 29, 2016 at Four Seasons of Washington Nursing and Rehabilitation were he had been a resident for the last year. He was born December 20, 1941 in Cannonsburg, Ohio to the late Harry and Helen Harding Showalter. Harry was married to Carole Bissett Showalter of Washington C.H. Harry was a member of the Fayette lodge #107 F&AM.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by an infant brother Herbert and half-brother Henry Showalter
In addition to his wife, Harry is survived by a son Harry Showalter Jr. of Jeffersonville, two daughters Melinda Baker of Washington C.H., Sue (Terry) Michael of Washington C.H, Stepson David Coulson of Pasadena, Maryland, brother Robert Showalter a sister Ester Borton, several grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, niece and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Morrow Funeral Home, Washington C.H. Burial at the Washington Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00AM until time of services.
Memorial contributions may be made to Autism Society of America or the Alzheimer's Association.
