Clarence Thurman-Stires, 27 of Pomeroy passed away June 12, 2018 at his residence. He was born January 16, 1991 in Springfield, Ohio. Clarence leaves behind his parents David (Brandy Stone) Stires of Mt. Sterling.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife Kayla Stires, two sons Damein Conger-Stires, Kain Stires, a daughter Aleanna Stires, brother Tyler Stone of Washington C.H.; two sisters Macey Stires of Mt. Sterling and Lisa Thurman of California and a special uncle William Goodman of Michigan, special friend Lori Hobbs

Private family services will be held at a later date.
