Curtis Smith 56, of Washington C.H., passed away on Monday April 1, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on April 19, 1962 to the late Bruce and Ethel Smith.
Other than his parents Curtis is preceded in death by his nephew Shane Cooper.
Curtis is survived by three sisters Shelia Smith, April Cooper, Angie Smith all of Washington C.H., nieces and nephews Jeffrey Cooper, Shannon Smith, Joshua Bennett, Jessica Cooper, Brandon Cooper and Mckayla Groves and numerous great nieces and nephews.
