Jack Montgomery, 89 of Washington C.H. passed away on Sunday May 14, 2017 at his residence. He was born June 4, 1927 to the late Burrell and Edith Cranmer Montgomery in Ostrander, Ohio. Jack was married to his wife Joanne Decker Montgomery. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and served in the United States Navy during WWII. Jack enjoyed golfing, fishing and crosswords.
Jack is survived by his wife, two sons Thomas (Aryona) Montgomery of Washington C.H., Jeff Montgomery of Washington C.H., a daughter Lynn(Michael) Maust of Washington C.H., sisters Leah(Jim) Reeder of Maysville, Elaine(Ron) Benedict of Delaware, Grandchildren Troy(Amy) Montgomery, Cori (Jay) Cockerill, Brodie(Jinny) Maust, Caleb(Katie) Maust, Maggie(Jermaine) Isaac and five great-grandchildren Jordan Montgomery, Lathan Cockerill, Lyndi Cockerill, Brenna Maust and Noah Isaac.
Funeral services will be held Thursday May 25, 2017 at 7:00pm at the Morrow Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, Ohio with Reverend Gray Marshall officiating, family and friends may call at the Funeral home from 5:00-time of service.
