Barbra Newman, 77, passed away on September 29, 2021, She was born to the late January 22,1944 to the late Harry and Lina Warner Allen in Fayette County.
In addition to her Parent Barbra is preceded in death by her first husband Vergil Toppins and second husband Fred Newman brothers Willam and John Allen, sisters Alpha Brown, Eloise Holland and Linda Graves.
Barbra is survived by Three sons Stephen (Terry) Toppins, Thurman Toppins, Ralph Toppin, daughter Mary Lou Pinkerton, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday , September 10, 2021 at 3:00pm at the Jeffersonville United Methodist Church with Pastor Emory Clark officiating.
