Carroll Gene Michael, 77, a lifelong resident of Sabina, passed away on May 14, 2019 at the Lakeside Manor Victory Ridge, Dayton VA, Dayton Ohio. He was born in Fayette County, at home on Stringtown Rd, on October 28, 1941 to the late Leslie Clarence Michael and Vonita Edith Anders Parsons. Carroll was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving at Kuma Station in Hokkaido Japan, and he retired as the road superintendent and Trustee for Richland Twp., Carroll was a member of the Sabina Church of Christ, Past Master of Masonic Lodge 324 and a 40 year member, he loved playing blue grass music on the guitar, fishing, toy collecting, antiques and attending flea markets, Carroll was a founding member of the Sabina Coffee Club.

In addition to his parents, Carroll is preceded in death by his brothers James, Leroy, Robert, special longtime friend Virginia “Kay” Haines

Carroll is survived by his daughter Kimberly Corinne (Jared Friend) Michael of Sabina, twin brother Darrell Dean Michael, brothers Larry Michael of Washington C.H. Roger Parsons; sister Wilma Kelso of Wilmington; grandchildren Michaela Nicole Robinson of Sabina, Jeffery Michael-Vincent Rennekamp of Fairfield; and ex-wife and mother their daughter Sharon Lynne Seitz of Sabina.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday May 18, 2019 at 1:00Pm at the Morrow Funeral Home in Washington Court House with Barry Pettit officiating. Friends and family call at the funeral home on Saturday May 18, 2019 from 11:00 until time of service.
