Frank Seibers Sr. ,66 of Washington C.H., Ohio passed away on August 31, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 20, 1954 to the late Delitha Estes Seibers and Jesse Seibers.

Other than his parents Frank is preceded in death by his brother Bobby Lee Seibers.

Frank is survived by his wife Mary Ingram Seibers, son Frank (Angie) Seibers of Indiana, daughter Crystal (Rigo) Perez of Wilmington, stepson Andrew Shaw of Washington C.H., grandchildren Sydney Seibers, Tyra Seibers, Josh, Briana, William, Anthony, Cristian, Edward and Austin Perez and mother of his children Linda Seibers of Wilmington.

Visitation will be held on Thursday September 3,2020 from 4:00-6:00PM
