Judy A. Groeber 69, of Washington C.H. passed away on Sunday March 3, 2019 at her residence. She was born Zanesville on March 9, 1949 to the late Robert and Charlotte Sage Starcher. Judy retired from London Correctional as a Sargent. Judy would like to acknowledge everyone in the Gypsy Witch Tribe

Judy is survived by her daughter Starla Groeber of Wash C.H., brothers Robert (Alisha) of Indiana and Stephen (Adena) Starcher of Akron; sisters Lynn Reeder of Cedarville and Cindy Goney of Cleveland and special friends Barbara and Jessie Stevens of Peebles.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
