Mildred Dailey, 84 of Washington C.H., Ohio passed away November 20, 2018 at Mount Carmel West Hospital. She was born on July 5, 1934 in Frankfort Kentucky to the late Jack and Edna Creech Moreland.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband James Daily.

Mildred is survived by her daughter Debbie Lowe of Grove city, sons Michael Daily of Washington C.H., Ted(Minda) Osborne of PA, brother Marion Moreland, Sisters Louise Lowder, Helen (Chet) West, Caroline Moreland, grandchildren Brayden Mendenhall and Katrina Kinney.
