Penny Belles

Penny Belles, 58 of Jeffersonville passed away on December 7, 2023 at the Ohio State Medical Center. Penny was born on March 15, 1965 in Washington Court House to Melvin and Joyce Baker Kitteral of Jeffersonville.

Penny is preceded in death by her grandparents Norma and Wilber Baker and Mickey Haithcock Norris and Loretta Haithcock, uncle Errol Baker and nephew Brandon King and cousin Ty Baker.

In addition to her parents Penny is survived by her boyfriend Paul Mills; brother Jeff Kitteral; sisters Lori (Kevin) Terry, Ronda (Johnathan) Boyd and Tina Chavis; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church, 23 East Walnut Street, Jeffersonville, Ohio, at 1:00 PM on Friday December 15, 2023 with Rev. James Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the church on Friday from 11 until time of service.
