Ryan Skaggs 45, of Jeffersonville passed away on Sunday February 2, 2020. He was born in Washington C.H., Ohio on November 19, 1974 to Teresa Dewine Dalton and the late Charles Skaggs.

Other than his father Ryan is proceeded in death by his son Bladyn Skaggs.

Ryan is survived by his mother Teresa Dewine Dalton of Jeffersonville, daughter Alanys Willoughby of Eastgate., sister Krista Couch of Washington C.H.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
